Shipping Policy

Shipping costs can vary depending on weight, volume and destination. Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.
Please kindly allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional custom duty taxes your home country charges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier after they leave our facility.

Delayed or lost orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for US orders and 30 working days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the amount of the order without the delivery costs. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivered but not received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to another (e.g. work) address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Return & Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns.
If the item arrives damaged, please contact us via e-mail as soon as the item arrives. We will consider replacing your item or providing a refund if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item and item is still in its original brand new packaging.
